1. General Terms

1.1 The website and all content, services, and programs offered by Young CEO Academy are owned and operated by Acnove IT Solutions Pvt Ltd.

1.2 By using this website, you affirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have obtained parental/guardian consent to enroll a child in our programs.

1.3 Young CEO Academy reserves the right to modify or discontinue any part of the website, courses, or services at any time without notice.

2. Copyright and Intellectual Property

2.1 All content on the website, including but not limited to text, images, videos, graphics, course materials, logos, and trademarks, is the property of Young CEO Academy or its licensors and is protected under copyright and intellectual property laws.

2.2 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content from the website or course materials without prior written consent from Young CEO Academy.

2.3 Unauthorized use of the website or its content may result in termination of access and legal action.

2.4 Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas submitted to Young CEO Academy become our property, and we reserve the right to use them without restriction or compensation to the individual submitting them.

3. Program Enrollment and Access

3.1 Access to our programs is granted only after full payment of the course fee, unless you have opted for any scholarships or payment plans.

3.2 Enrolled participants (parents and children) must adhere to all program guidelines and rules.

3.3 Course content is delivered in batches, with specific schedules provided for each cohort. Young CEO Academy reserves the right to modify the schedule as needed.

3.4 Access to course materials is restricted to enrolled participants only and must not be shared with third parties.

3.5 If you choose a payment plan and fail to make the remaining payment then we will revoke access to the program, until the remaining payment is cleared.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for all program enrollments.

4.2 To request a refund, participants must contact us within 14 days of the program start date at [email protected].

4.3. The only criteria to receive a refund is that participants must contact within 14 days from the date of joining a program. Any refund requests beyond the 14 day period will be rejected.

4.4 In case of any Refunds approved by the Young CEO Academy, it’ll take 5-7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.

5. Certificate of Completion

5.1 Certificates of completion are issued only to participants who fulfill all course requirements, including assignments, within the allotted time frame (1 year from enrollment).

5.2 Young CEO Academy reserves the right to review and assess all submissions before granting certificates.

6. Group Mentoring and Community Access

6.1 Group mentoring sessions are available for 12 months as part of the program.

6.2 Community access is provided to foster a supportive learning environment and must be used respectfully. Harassment, bullying, or inappropriate behavior will result in removal from the community.

6.3 Young CEO Academy reserves the right to moderate and remove content or users that violate community guidelines.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

7.1 All services, course materials, and content provided by Young CEO Academy are offered on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the operation of the website, the accuracy or completeness of the content, or the results from using our programs.

7.2 The Young CEO Academy programs are designed to provide skills, knowledge, and strategies to help participants succeed. However, individual results may vary based on effort, participation, and other factors. We do not guarantee specific outcomes, financial success, or business growth.

7.3 While we strive to maintain consistent access, we do not guarantee that the website or course platform will always operate without errors, delays, or interruptions. Access may be temporarily suspended for maintenance, updates, or issues beyond our control.

7.4 To the fullest extent permitted by law, Young CEO Academy and its representatives shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• The use or inability to use the website, course materials, or services.

• Errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the content.

10.2 The name Acnove will appear on your bank statement or payment receipt for any transactions made through our website or payment gateways such as Stripe or Razorpay.

10.3 By making a purchase, you agree to these billing terms and acknowledge that Acnove IT Solutions Pvt Ltd is the entity responsible for processing payments.

11. Governing Law

11.1 These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and jurisdiction of Ernakulam, Kerala.
